Curing Wrapping Tapes are made mainly of nylon 66 high tensile long threads by high-speed weaving. They are mainly used in all kinds of high pressure wire braided rubber hose, fabric hoses, absord hoses, kinds of rubber rollers and rubber fender.
The Curing Wrapping Tapes produced by our company are stable in dimensions, smooth & delicate appearance, durable, with good thermal shinking features. After multipile and repeated usage, the best shinking strength and pressure can still be achieved, which is very important to the adhesive strength between rubber and strength materials.
Also the normal nylon wrap tape produced by most domestic makers is too tight at the flange, and also with unsmooth and unstraght appearance, which caused damages to the hose appearance due to uneven shinking strength in vulcanization. But nylon wrap tape produced by our company can solve these problems well. |
